Kristnh
Kristnh studies and performs world music and dance at various venues around Portland. Her love of ethnic dance began with her study of African dances in the late 90's. She has since spent the last 8 years focusing on Turkish style bellydance, which has twice taken her to Istanbul. Kristnh currently studies Samba and Afro-Brazilian dances, ethnic hip hop fusions and can be found bellydancing and playing riq (middle eastern tambourine) and finger cymbals in modern Middle Eastern ensemble Ritim Egzotik. Kristnh has used her love and knowledge of world dances to create her own dance/fitness/empowerment programs called WorldShimmy and WorldBounce. She provides fun, high energy classes around Portland.
